Needs
Philips Domestic Appliances launched a Greenfield program requiring a new enterprise architecture for its B2C and B2B Self Service operations. This involved SAP S/4HANA, C4C Service, Adobe AEM Marketing Cloud, STIBO PIM, SAP Commerce, Emarsys, Customer Data Cloud, and SAC Analytics, all on an AWS cloud platform.
Solution
An Enterprise and Technical Architecture Program was led.
Data Solution: SAP S/4HANA, C4C Service, STIBO PIM (integrated for B2B/B2C Catalogues), SAP Customer Data Cloud, and SAC Analytics Cloud on AWS. Utilized AWS Data Lake with SAP SAC for driver-based forecasting and scenario planning for SAP and non-SAP reporting.
Integration Solution: Integration of STIBO with AEM Frontend. SAP CPQ with C4C and SAP Commerce for D2B retailers. Integration with CRM Salesforce for European B2B. SAP BTP used for integrations (Swagger, Postman for REST/SOAP).
Data Science Solution: SAP SAC Analytics Cloud for collaborative planning, integrating financial, operational, and supply chain data to improve forecasting and decision-making. Combined SAP SAC with AWS Data Lake for driver-based forecasting and scenario planning.
