Needs
LeasePlan required a new international single digital platform for its Partner/Broker, B2B, and B2C operations. This involved a backend redesign with SAP S/4HANA, migration from Salesforce to SAP Hybris Marketing on AWS, and robust integration capabilities.
Solution
A new Target Operating Model was delivered.
Data Solution: Redesigned SAP landscape with SAP C4C, CPQ, S/4HANA (Finance), CRM, Commerce 6.4, Hybris Marketing 17.02 on AWS S/4HANA cloud solution. SAP C4C for Master Data Management.
Integration Solution: SAP integration PI/PO, HCI (ABAP and Groovy script), and Datahub for European countries. Integrated using SAP Hybris Datahub and SAP PI/PO for on-premises SAP ECC, SAP HCI for SAP Hybris C4C and Marketing. Infrastructure on AWS Cloud with Landing Zone, AWS network firewall, and AWS GuardDuty.
Data Science Solution (Implied by Marketing Personalization): While not explicitly "data science," migrating to SAP Hybris Marketing on AWS S/4HANA implies capabilities for customer segmentation, campaign management, and personalization based on customer data analysis.
