Integration Solution: SAP Marketing integrated with S/4HANA. Integration for ALDI payment system (PSD2 compliant) with Lloyds and Barclay's. Used ESB BizTalk and SAP CPI.
Data Science Solution: Real-time customization and personalization enabled by SAP Marketing upgrades. A/B testing and real-time recommendation/personalization using SAP Marketing and Google Optimize 360 segmentation.
