Accor Group aimed to enhance its financial planning, forecasting, and data analytics capabilities by integrating data from B2B2C platforms (Booking.com, Hotels.com) into AWS, leveraging SAP SAC, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and Anaplan, with robust identity management using Okta.

A data-centric solution on AWS was implemented.
Data Solution: Data collection from B2B2C platforms using AWS APIs, ETL with AWS Glue, storage in AWS S3 data lake. Integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for visualization (occupancy, RevPAR).
